I’m Mireille, a portrait photographer, storyteller, and dreamer. Originally from Germany, I moved to Canada in 2022, bringing with me a lifelong love for art, design, and capturing the quiet beauty in people’s lives.
I’ve been a professional portrait photographer since 2016, but my creative journey began even earlier as a graphic designer. That experience taught me the power of composition, light, and detail — lessons I now carry into every session, whether it’s a whimsical fairytale portrait or a polished editorial shoot.
Photography, for me, is about more than images. It’s about seeing someone fully, creating a space where they feel valued, beautiful, and celebrated. Every session is a story waiting to unfold, and I feel honored to be the one to capture it.
At the heart of my world is my family. I’m married to the love of my life, and together we’re raising two wonderful children — a son who is 23 and a daughter who is 6. The wide age gap between them has given me a deep appreciation for the fleeting moments of childhood, the joys of watching my grown son navigate the world, and the pure, unfiltered wonder of my little girl. My family is my anchor, my inspiration, and often, my favorite subjects.
Whether I’m photographing a family, a mother, or a woman exploring her own story, I bring the same care, love, and attention to detail that I bring to my own life. I believe portraits have the power to remind us who we are, to celebrate the connections we hold dear, and to capture moments we never want to forget.
