Hi, I’m Mireille

I’m a portrait photographer based in La Prairie, on Montreal’s South Shore.

I create cinematic portrait work that moves between dreamy storytelling and editorial portraiture, depending on the person in front of my camera.

Most of the time, people come to me at meaningful points in their lives: for themselves, for their children, or for someone they love.

Originally from Germany, I moved to Canada in 2022. Before photography, I worked in design, which still shapes the way I see light, composition, and detail today.

I’ve been photographing professionally since 2016, but over time my focus shifted from simply taking portraits to creating space for people to be seen in a more intentional way.

My work sits between observation and direction.

Some moments are quiet and natural, others are gently guided to create something more editorial and structured but always with the same intention: to create portraits that feel honest, considered, and lasting.

I don’t approach sessions as something to “perform” in front of. I approach them as something to experience.
