What I celebrate most today is my ability to turn pain into purpose, and my unwavering commitment to building a life that feels true to who I am. I am proud of my voice, my intuition, and my scars. The woman I am today no longer seeks to please—she seeks to make an impact. And that… that is freedom.
After 40, I stopped asking for permission to be myself. I learned to honor my story, to stop apologizing for my boundaries, and to see myself with more compassion. I realized my worth doesn’t depend on outside validation—it comes from the peace I feel when I live in alignment with my truth.
