Client Agreement (Short Version)

This Client Agreement outlines the key terms for portrait sessions booked with Mireille Wu Photography.

Scope of Service

I provide custom portrait photography sessions as described at the time of booking.

Booking & Payment

  • Session fees must be paid as agreed upon when booking.

  • A signed contract will be required before your session date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Session fees may become non-refundable after a certain period, as detailed in your booking contract.

Use of Images

  • Images may not be altered or used commercially without my written permission.

  • With your consent, selected images may appear in my portfolio, website, or social media.

Liability

I take great care to deliver a professional experience; however, I am not responsible for delays or circumstances outside my control.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.
